Both the girls and their mothers are doing great. Both families are adjusting well to having their newborns. Please continue praying for both families and Maya and Sophia, that everything keeps going well. (This is the Huser family to the left: Adam, Jessica, and baby Sophia.)

Northern Ecuador Chachi Team- As this Ecuador training comes to an end, please be praying for a partner to surface from among the Latins for Johnathan Sliski. He needs a partner to go to the villages with, and each of the young men who were part of this training would be a great partner for him. Pray for guidance from the Lord on those young men to see what to do next. After three long months of this training (ends April 31st), the Lord has been faithful to the students, as well as the teachers, and everyone had a very encouraging experience. It doesn’t always end this well, so thank the Lord it did this time!

Bolivia Women's Team - Please be praying for wisdom for the women as they are trying to find the one community where they can focus all their attention on to disciple the people of that community. Pray that these people catch the vision of “Quechua reaching Quechua” and that they would go forth, and plant churches among the unreached of their people group. After some intense spiritual warfare, Journeymen Amy Givens and Misty Boyett have headed on a three-week trip to three different communities. They called once and seemed very encouraged because they had already had a ton of opportunities to share the stories with the people!

Northern Peru Jungle Team - Please be praying for SCs Adam and Jessica Huser as they start to pray and search out young men for the next Peru training starting in June. This is always the most difficult part of the training process for the teachers, because of the possibility of having too many young men involved, and therefore greatly hindering the learning capability of all. Please be praying for the Husers because they are traveling to Ecuador very soon by bus, with Sophia... it's a 36 hour trip in total!

Southern Bolivia Quechua Team - Please lift up Efrain (Colombia) and Roberto (Argentina) as they are researching a new people group to engage for the team. Pray for wisdom and guidance for SC Trent Jones as he is trying to decide where to engage next.

Watch out world, here comes Memphis!

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 150px; height: 200px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_PLkad71ofJI/Sx6X3Wn9xwI/AAAAAAAAACA/RCCeAFYH5yw/s200/12156_329180970388_657030388_9940184_3088057_n.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5412930779367720706" />
Firstly, I would like to give praise to the Lord that everything turned out great for the Taliaferros with the birth of their son, Memphis Dean! He is continuing strong and Susan had no complications at the hospital, thank God. Please be lifting them up as they are trying to readjust to having a newborn in the house.
Please be praying for the team in Ecuador as they seek to get settled in their town, and working with the Chachi people. Also, lift up SC Doug Hutcheson as he begins to start tutoring to improve his Spanish. Please be praying for contacts among the Chachi who are ready to hear the Word of God, and accept Doug and Journeyman Johnathan Sliski into their villages.
Praise God that the Women's team in Bolivia has had some successes there in Cochabamba sharing Christ with different people that they’ve met. They have been able to talk about the Lord with their teachers and people in the park and gym. Most of them have been quite receptive to the women which has been really exciting for them! Pray that the Lord would grow the seeds planted in the people there surrounding the women. Ask that He would give them more opportunities to share Him with more people and that He would give them wisdom and the words in those situations.
Please be praying for the Latin team members on the Bolivia Men's team as they return home to try to raise funds for another year with the Team. Pray for safe travel for them, and for the hearts of their home churches to be open to supporting them another year. Also, be lifting up SC Trent Jones as he is researching new areas; ask for wisdom and guidance for him as he continues his research. Finally, be praying for protect for Trent’s wife, Kay, as she is pregnant with their second child. Ask that everything may go well with the child as she develops.
Praise God that Jessica’s (wife of Adam Huser of the Iquitos team) sisters will be able to come visit them this Christmas; they are really excited about having them over during the holidays, and are eager to play the hosts. Please be lifting up SC Adam Huser as he is planning their next trip to investigate the Huitoto in the Amazon jungle. Ask the Lord that everything would run smoothly, and that He would prepare some of the Huitoto people to warmly receive the missionaries heading their way. Also, please be praying for Adam’s wife, Jessica, as she is in her final trimester of pregnancy. Ask the Lord to watch over mother and child, and protect them from complications.

Take Heart in the Lord

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 112px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_PLkad71ofJI/SvrrAOrobzI/AAAAAAAAAB4/rnRlKD_hzq4/s200/DSC05210.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402889092157959986" />
Please be praying for the Ecuador Team (Doug Hutcheson and Johnathan Sliski) as they are continuing getting settled there in Ecuador with their house, car, etc. There are a few problems going on with their apartment; the owner has been dragging his feet. Ask that the Lord may encourage the owner to pick it up, and help out Doug and Johnathan. Also, please be praying for guidance for them as the try to make good, personal contacts with the Chachi people group on the river close to their city. Johnathan recently came back from a trip to the Chachi with Jose Chillambo. It went well; they made some contacts, and got to see the people that they are trying to reach.
Speaking of Jose, he got married this past Saturday, the 7th, to Sarai!! They are now in Ecuador talking to his churches about raising support for the work they are taking on here in Peru with the Asheninka. Please pray for them as they meet with all of those churches and pastors.
In Bolivia, the Women's Team is in a Quechua language institute until the end of the year learning Quechua. Please pray for patience, wisdom, and love for them as they learn the deeper idiosyncrasies of Quechua. Also, please be praying that the women get an opportunity to share the Good News while they are in the school, and that they would be able to make disciples there among the teachers and other students.
With regards to the Men's Team in Bolivia, they really need prayer right now as they are dealing with the community with which they were working turning them away. The people just wanted to work the young men in their fields, and had little interest in the Bible stories. So please be lifting up the Team as they seek His guidance on the situation. Praise God that the young men Efrain (Colombia), Roberto (Argentina), and Javier (Peru) are continuing the work there in Bolivia even though this obstacle came up. Even though they are a little discouraged, they know that they are following His will for their lives in doing this work; and that is worthy of praise in any situation!
In Peru, please be praying for Adam Huser and his wife, Jessica, as they are planning two or three trips to the Huitoto people in the Amazon jungle. Ask that the Lord provides a man of peace for them, and that the people would be eager to have the Team engage their communities. Also, be lifting up his wife, Jessica, as she is expecting their first child in a few months. Give thanks that SC Adam Huser and his wife successfully completed their first investigation trip into another people group. They made many contacts there but the group is already engaged by other agencies; which is great news for the Kingdom!

Much Praise to Go Around!

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_PLkad71ofJI/SqKVFMXL41I/AAAAAAAAABo/NpiiRhscSgA/s200/P8260028.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5378024821484151634" />
Hey everyone. I am so sorry that this blog hasn't been updated in a while. It has been really hectic these last four months... :( But now that things have slowed down, I plan on really keeping up with the blog monthly. The biggest praise is that training ended at the end of August without a hitch! Congratulations to the 9 graduates who completed the training.

Praise the Lord that the man of peace, Don, in Q, Bolivia asked to be baptized! It is amazing because the Team had only told one story related to baptism, and then he asked if he could be baptized because of his faith in Jesus. Amen! The Lord works in wonderful ways! But please be praying for the Bolivia Team as they continue to minister in the village of Q, with the lost people there. Ask that the people would have an interest in hearing the stories, and that they start to have opened hearts and eyes with regard to the message of the Gospel. Lift up Don as well there in Q as he is the first, and for now only, believer there. Ask that a great movement starts there in Q!

Pray that SC Adam Huser of the Iquitos Team is able to find young Latin men on fire for the Lord to serve on the Team. Also, ask for wisdom and guidance for Adam as he searches for a people group to reach there in the Amazon jungle that is ready to hear the Word of God. Give praise that one young Latin man, Engels, from this last training is staying on for a while to help Adam out with the first steps of the Team. He has been a big help to Adam thus far, and has the potential to be a great Xtremer.

Please be lifting up SC Doug Hutcheson as he is preparing to start a new Team in Esmereldas, Ecuador to reach the Chachi people group. Pray for Journeyman Johnathan Sliski too, as he is Doug’s first team member. Be lifting up the two of them as they start the process of moving to a new city, and trying to make good contacts within the city, as well as within the Chachi peoples. Pray for the Chachi’s hearts to be prepared to receive Doug and Johnathan when they bring the Gospel to them.

Praise God that the entire Bolivia Women's Team was able to receive their visas to enter the country without any problems. Now they can focus all of their energies on reaching the Quechua women. Please be praying for the leaders of the Women’s Team to have wisdom as they develop a strategy to reach the Quechua women of Southern Bolivia with the Gospel of Christ. Please lift up the Team as they transition to Sucre, Bolivia to start their ministry there with the Quechua women, and pray that they may have guidance and peace in this time.

A Time to Get Back Out There

Thank you for your prayers for the Asheninka and Tigre Quichua communities in Peru. Continue to lift up José and Enoc as they disciple the new believers and work in a new community; ask that the people there will hunger and thirst to know God. Lift up Levi as he returns to Ecuador to study to prepare more for future mission work, and Jonathan Jackson as he will be working with a new partner. Please pray for SC Doug Hutcheson as he continues his language study. Also, he asks for your prayers for a few young men that he is in the process of mentoring. Finally, thank you for your prayers for the Brewsters, we praise the Lord that the baby is doing well.
Please continue to pray for SCs Trent and Kay, and their four-month old, Jack, as they head into a Quechua community again this month. Praise God that Jack was able to acclimate very well this last time and pray that he can continue to do so this next time. Please lift up Javier (Peru) and Roberto (Argentina) as they will be sharing the Bible stories in Q this month. Pray that their man of peace continues to exhibit an interest in the stories, and that they can reach the New Testament by the end of this trip. Pray for Efrain (Colombia) as he is returning to his home church in Colombia to share and lift them up. Ask that he may have safe travel there and back.
Thank you for praying for Lindsey Williams and Nadia Jones as they returned to their community to share the New Testament stories they had translated on their last trip. Praise the Lord that they were able to share most of these stories with the community. However, there is only one strong leader in the church at the moment and he is discouraged because so many have fallen away. Pray that the church will be strengthened. Please continue to lift up the new group of women—Leah Brown, Kelli Johnson, Amy Givens, Misty Boyett and Lori Christian—who will be finishing their training and preparing to go out to communities. Ask that the Lord will equip and prepare them.

The Shortest Month.... There is a lot going on for each team during this month. Please continue to lift up the Central Jungle Peru team; José and Enoc are returning to the Asheninka to find a new community in which to work. Pray that the Lord will lead them to a community that has been prepared to receive and obey the Word. Jonathan Jackson and Levi are wrapping up their trip among the Tigre Quichua this month. Pray that they are able to return with no complications in the future. In the middle of March, the entire Xtreme Team will come together for a team meeting, please pray that it will be a time of spiritual replenishment and encouragement for all. Finally, please lift up SCs Joe and Megan Brewster; they are expecting their third baby in August but the some complications have developed in the pregnancy. Please ask that the baby will grow healthy and that the pregnancy will go smoothly.

As for the Women´s Team, just as much stuff is happening. Please be lifting up Christy Holcomb as she continues her language learning in Peru. Ask that she may have continued excitement about the classes and can retain all of the information. Please lift up Lindsey Williams and Nadia Jones as they are on a two-month trip back to the community of San P. On their last trip the girls were able to get a short New Testament story track translated and now they have been able to begin sharing those stories with everyone in the community…pray that the Word will penetrate deeply into the hearts and minds of the people there. Praise the Lord for Z, who has been helping them tell the stories, and also that it appears the rumors that came up on the last trip have been dealt with. At the end of this trip, Lindsey and Nadia will join Amanda Brock and 6 of the new Xtreme women in training for a practice trip out to different communities. Pray that it will be a time of learning and growth for all. Also, be praying for the 6 women that are in language school right now in Guatemala. That is coming to a close in the middle of this month, and then they move onto the training.

Things are getting quite hectic in Bolivia for the Quechua Team there... but only in good ways this time! Please pray for SCs Trent and Kay, and their two-month old, Jack, as they head into a Quechua community this month for three weeks. Pray that Jack can acclimate well to his new surroundings, and that he does well overall. Please lift up Javier and Efrain as they are continuing to teach the Bible stories in Q. Pray that their man of peace continues to exhibit an interest in the stories, and that they can reach the New Testament by March. Pray for Roberto as he is finishing up his Quechua classes, and that the Lord will provide him with a Quechua partner to disciple and do the work with. Lastly, lift up Graham Michael as his term is coming to an end at the beginning of February. Pray that he will have a smooth transition back to the States.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://thextremeteam.blogspot.com/2009/02/shortest-month-still-plenty-of-action.html' title='The Shortest Month.... Just thought I would start off with that... :)
Lift up Jonathan Jackson and Levi (Ecuador) as they return to work among the Tigre Quichua in Peru. Praise the Lord that Levi had an encouraging visit with his church over Christmas and they are prepared to support him for more time on the team. Continue to pray for the new believers among the Tigre Quichua, ask that that Lord would raise up strong, obedient churches among them. Thank you for your prayers for our Xtremers José (Ecuador) and Enoc (Chayahuita) as they work in the community of C among the Asheninka. Praise the Lord for the 4 newly baptized believers there! However, in the end the non-believers of the community asked our missionaries to leave. So we would ask that you lift up the new believers, pray that we would be able to find a way to disciple them and for clear guidance from the Lord about where to go next with this people group.
Some good news from Bolivia: Trent and Kay Jones are so thankful for your prayer support during their son´s, Jack, delivery. Things went well, and they really felt your support throughout the entire process. He is doing well, and they hope to take him into a community for the month of February. Please pray for his safety and health. Cristian (Costa Rica) has finished his month of Quechua study, and is currently beginning his application for a missionary visa. Please pray for him to be able to secure the visa quickly. Roberto (Argentina) will soon begin his Quechua study. Pray for both of them to become competent in Quechua quickly. In Qhochumi, Graham Michael and Efrain (Colombia) finished their last trip a few weeks ago, and we able to tell several stories. Celedonio's family, and Santu Felipe's family are really interested. We hope to get to the NT at the end of the next trip. Pray for Efrain and Javier as they return to Qhochumi this weekend.
Please pray for Linzi Williams and Nadia Jones as they prepare to return to the Yaminahua community to continue discipling the church. Pray especially because we found out after they returned from their last trip that there are some false rumors being circulated about them; pray that we will be able to help them deal with it in such a way that the church is strengthened and matured and that in dealing with these lies, the believers will also address the spiritual sin that is rampant among them. Lift up the 8 women—Kelli Johnson, Leah Brown, Misty Boyett, Lori Christian, Amy Givens, Elaine, Meradith and Susanna who will be going through training beginning in February. Pray that the Lord will increase their language skills and help them absorb everything that will be taught. Pray for wisdom for the trainers—Amanda Dimperio, Mary Lee, Megan Brewster, and Amanda Brock. Lift up Amanda Brock as she finishes up her term helping train new xtremers.

Nick Diaz

I just wanted to ask all of you to be praying for Nick Diaz, a Peruvian who completed this last training; throughout the 3 months he demonstrated a godly, obedient character and a strong call to missions.
Three years ago, before he was a believer, Nick was charged with a crime (of which we don’t know many details) and sent to jail for two years. At the end of that time he was absolved of all charges and released. But then at the end of training the charges were brought back up and he had to go to Lima to face the exact same charges he had already been released from. We have been staying in touch with him through his fiancée Karen here in Pucallpa and everything seemed to be going well, the prosecution did not have anything concrete to bring against him, his defense went well, etc. So it was a HUGE shock a few days ago when he was found guilty and sentenced to 30 years in prison. His fiancée Karen is absolutely devastated. Nick has 10 days to appeal the sentence, but even that process will most likely take 2 years again.
First of all, we want to praise the Lord for Nick’s strong faith and that he has taken this huge testing in his life and is using it to glorify God. Pray that he will be able to remain strong in his faith and the God will continue to be glorified in this situation.
Pray that if it is the Lord’s will, Nick will miraculously be released.
Pray also for Karen and her son Yeshua. She is a young believer and this is a very heavy testing of her faith.
Praise the Lord that through our office lawyer she was able to recommend a good Christian lawyer who is taking Nick’s case, he went down that same day to talk to Nick and prayed with him. Nick says that he is doing well, he is in good spirits, he has the basic things he needs which is a big praise since a lot of times prisoners have to pay other prisoners for basic things like a bed etc. Also, Nick has shared about 3 stories in the last few days and has found some other believers in jail as well. Please just keep Nick lifted up to the Father and pray. We`ll update whenever we hear something new.

A Time to Give Thanks to God

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_PLkad71ofJI/STVOv5uv_zI/AAAAAAAAABA/minEPLMC_NM/s200/n48305227_32925875_2555.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5275209123392126770" />
This time of the year it common to give thanks for things that have happened. One of the first things to give thanks for is the safe return of Amanda, Linzi, and Nadia from their trip of three months. During their time there, they were able to translate a story set. Pray that when Linzi and Nadia return in January the Lord will give them the correct words to share these stories to encourage and disciple the church. Many of the Yaminahua believers are very immature; pray that the story set will help them to become more mature in their faith. Please begin to lift up the next training of 7 women in Februaury; Amanda Brock, Megan Brewster, Amanda Dimperio, and volunteer Mary Lee will be leading it. Pray that the details of the training and practicum time will come together in God’s perfect timing. Pray for the SCs of the women´s team Christy, Leah, and Kelli as they are studying language in-depth for the next few months.
Another important thing we can praise God for is the birth of Bolivia SCs Trent and Kay´s baby boy yesterday! A new addition to the family is always exciting event. Please lift them up during the next few weeks as they become accustomed to having a new life in their family. The most recent training session finished a couple of weeks ago, and the Bolivia team is happy to have 2 new team members come. Christian is from Costa Rica, and Roberto is from Argentina. Roberto has gone back home to raise funds for his 2 years with us. Christian already has his funding in place, and will begin learning Quechua this week. Please lift both of them up in their different circumstances. This next one is actually a praise. It’s a blessing to be able to ask you to pray for the continued work in Qhochumi. A few weeks ago, they did not know if they would be able to stay. But God has provided the family of Santu Felipe, and they seem eager to learn Scripture. Pray for Graham and Efrain as they headed back out a couple of weeks ago. They will be in Qhochumi until December 20th.
Thank you for your prayers for Xtremers José and Enoc who have been on a three month trip with the Asheninka. We are so excited by what the Lord is doing in that group! The Lord used strong persecution from some community members to strengthen the Xtremers’ witness among those who had been listening to the stories José and Enoc have been sharing. One Sunday there were 4 baptisms in this community! Pray now that the Lord will strengthen these new believers and give our team wisdom in discipling them. There is a need now for a couple or women’s team to go work with the new believers, but so far José and Enoc have not felt the community would receive any North Americans. However, because of the doors that have been opened they think that now it would be a possibility for the Brewster family to come out in January for a few weeks. Pray that our path will be made very clear. Thank you for your prayers for Levi as he returned to Ecuador to request more funding to return to work among the Tigre Quichua. Praise the Lord that his church will support him for another year; pray for him and his IMB partner Jonathan Jackson as they will be going out in a trip in January. Lift up also José who has been working among the Asheninka as he will be returning to Ecuador over Christmas, and Enoc who will be returning to the Chayahuita as well to meet with their churches. Pray that it will be a time of encouragement and of casting a strong missionary vision.

a violin and a story

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_PLkad71ofJI/SOomM83GwvI/AAAAAAAAAAg/nB2vExrsH5s/s200/rankin+trip4.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5254053919218647794" />
Recently the Yaminahua group of Peru negotiated a fairly favorable contract with a logging company in which they sold significant portions of lumber around the area where they live. But what they did not anticipate was that the logging activity would scare away the game they hunt, and mess up their yucca fields as well. So now even though they have money to spend, their way of living is threatened. The girls’ team working there reports back that yucca and game are scarce. In addition, there have been reports of moral failure issues among believers in the Yaminahua church. In spite of this, praise the Lord that Amanda Brock, Nadia Jones and Linzi Williams are six weeks into their 3 month stay and have a language helper to assist them in translating and sharing stories about women in the Bible. Pray that the Lord will use his Word to strengthen the Yaminahua church and to give them a missionary vision for nearby communities without churches. http://www.theXtremeTeam.org

Tense political situation. Anti-american sentiment. Road blockades. Tires burning. Violence that has left dozens dead and more wounded. This has been the situation in Bolivia for the last month. Although things are calm in the area where our team is working, the situation is making it difficult for our xtremers to get out to the communities, and they are having a lot of trouble getting their paperwork to go through. Pray that our team members would be granted visas soon to remain in country. Finally, lift up SCs Trent and Kay Jones as they move to Cochabamba to begin Quechua language study and wait the birth of their first baby in early December. http://www.theXtremeTeam.org

The Tigre Quichua people are slaves to alcoholism and witchcraft, and interest in hearing the Word of God has been very low. But the Lord provided a man of peace for our missionaries Jeff Hill and Levi, who told them where the next “minga,” or community work day, would take place. They say every Quichua man needs three things: a woman, masato (home-brewed alcohol), and a radio. “Take your violin,” the man of peace told Jeff. When Jeff took out his violin and played at the minga, everyone gave him their full attention and afterwards Jeff and Levi were able to share a story to which everyone listened. Pray that the Lord will continue to provide bridges for our Peru team among the Tigre Quichua and Asheninka Pajonal so that they can be transformed by a relationship with the one true God. http://www.theXtremeTeam.org

September prayer

Please pray for our team in Bolivia. Currently, Jeff and Javier are out on a trip. They crossed the river expecting to find an area in need of the word of God and were surprised to find the place swarming with missionaries. They are currently evaluating the situation to see if what the missionaries that are already there are teaching, is truth. Please pray for their discernment as they evaluate the needs of these people. When they return from this trip they will be discussing their observations and findings with Trent and Kay in order to better determine what the ministry needs are. The other Bolivia team members, Graham and Efraim are continuing in their language study in Quechua in order to be better prepared when they go out. They will be heading out soon.

In Peru on the guys team, training is still underway and Jeff, Enoch, Jose, and Levi have been helping out. Quinten, a former Xtreme team member, will be visiting to help with training while Joe and Megan are away. After their time out at training, Jose and Enoch will be heading out to work with the Asheninka, where Jose has already been involved. Please pray for these guys as they continue trying to find a man of peace and to find people interested in hearing the word of God. Jeff will go with Levi as he returns to the Tigre Quichua. Please pray for these guys as they face the barrier of this misconception that they are "face-peelers". Pray that the truth of why they are there will be brought to light for the people of this river. Pray also that more and more will come to Christ through their ministry there. We Praise the Lord again that they were able to see a man baptized the last time they were there.

On the girls team, Amanda, Nadia, and Linzi headed off to continue the work with the Yaminahua on the 27th of August. Please pray for them as they continue to work to try and learn the language and the culture better. Pray for discernmnt as they begin to determine a plan of the best way to try and reach these people. They recieved word before they went out for this trip, that there was a presence of moral failure among many of the people. Katie has taken on a new position doing administartive work in Pucallpa for the team for the time being. Please keep her in your prayers as she begins this new role.

Joe and Megan are currently in Venezuela holding a training. They will be there from August 24th until September 22nd. Please pray for the Lord´s guidance for them in this task. Pray for Trent and Kay and their work in Bolivia. Pray also as they are having trouble getting their residency. Please also continue to pray for Jeremy and Susan and their work as they are in the states enjoying their first year with their new baby. Lift up Christy as she is in language school in Arequipa for a few more months and praise the Lord for the good progress she has made!

Linzi and Katie have been working for the past month in an area that is only accessible by plane. They were scheduled to fly out last Thursday, but unfortunately plans did not work out the way we had hoped. The girls are fine, but now we have not been able to schedule another flight. Please pray that the Lord would provide a flight this week so that the girls can get back to Lima for some important paperwork. Ask that God would give them patience as they wait for a flight and also more opportunities to minister while they are waiting.

Pray, pray, pray... and praise!

Please pray for Bolivia Xtremers Javier and Jeff who will have gone out at the beginning of August and will be trying to cross a large river to get to a group of communities.
